Superintendent Joseph Knoll expressed confidence in the selection, stating, "Coach Ignazio checks all the boxes as the right fit for the position. With his educational background, coaching experience with the Canfield program and years serving as a head football coach, we believe he will lead our football program to new heights."

Coach Ignazio brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to comprehensive student development to his new role. With experience as a teacher and coach, he understands the importance of academic success and athletic achievement. "I believe in developing well-rounded students," remarked Coach Ignazio. "Athletic success is only possible when coupled with academic accomplishment."
