  Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year. I hope our students, families, staff, and community are excited to be a part of Canfield Local Schools. Each new school year brings fresh opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve together, and I couldn't be more excited about what lies ahead.

  This year's district theme, One Canfield, reminds us that our greatest strength has always been the people who make up our school community. From our youngest learners taking their first steps into the classroom to our seniors preparing for graduation, every student matters.

  Every staff member plays an important role. Every family and community partner contributes to the success of our schools.

  Being One Canfield means working together with a shared purpose. It means celebrating each other's accomplishments, supporting one another through challenges, and always keeping students at the center of every decision we make. Whether in the classroom, on the stage, on the athletic field, or through service to others, we are united by our commitment to providing exceptional opportunities for every child.

  Our district has a long tradition of excellence, and that tradition continues because of the dedication, pride, and partnership that define our community.
