Free or Reduced –Price Lunch Application Process
Applications are available on this website, FinalForms, the school offices, or you can request an application sent to your home. Completed applications need to be returned to your child’s school or mailed to: Canfield High School, Attn: Noelle Roth, 100 Cardinal Drive, Canfield, Ohio 44406. Only one application per household is needed.
If you were approved for free or reduced meals for the 2024-2025 school year, your current application will expire on October 2, 2025. Please remember a new application is needed every year.
