Free or Reduced –Price Lunch Application Process
Applications are available on this website, school office or you can request an application sent to your home. Completed applications need to be returned to your child’s school or mailed to: Canfield High School, Attn: Noelle Roth, 100 Cardinal Drive, Canfield, Ohio 44406. Only one application per household is needed.
If you were approved for free or reduced meals for the 2022-2023 school year, your current application will expire on October 1, 2023. Please remember a new application is needed every year.
